Cycletron Bicycle was established in 2022 in the Izmir Aegean Free Zone. Our mission is to contribute to the growing significance of micromobility by providing sustainable solutions for the future of urban transportation. In line with this goal, we have strengthened our industry presence through investments in Assembly, Painting, and Aluminum Welding areas.

         The investments made in critical areas such as sandblasting, pre painting surface preparation, and paint removal, along with our commitment to achieving full production capacity, reflect our steady progress. With a spacious 5000 m² factory area, Cycletron Bicycle efficiently manages production processes through modern facilities.

          With a daily production capacity of 250 units of E‑bikes and the ability to paint 1000 parts, we have made a bold entry into the industry. Upholding our quality standards, we operate with a vision to shape the future of micromobility through original designs and technological innovations.

Production Introduction

Cycletron Bicycle’s Assembly Department specializes in the assembly of electric bicycles, e scooters, conventional bicycles, and scooters, drawing upon extensive experience in the field. Located within the Izmir Aegean Free Zone, our facility boasts modern and efficient production lines aimed at delivering high quality products to our customers.

          Our assembly process is carried out using the latest industry technology and best practices. Our team of experienced professionals ensures product excellence through meticulous quality control at every stage. In addition to electric bicycles, e‑scooters, conventional bicycles, and scooters are also assembled with the same level of precision.

Dyehouse Introduction

At Cycletron Bicycle, we have made a significant investment in Electrostatic Powder Coating and Electrostatic Wet Painting facilities, emphasizing high capacity, energy efficiency, and environmental sensitivity.
We meticulously handle primer, painting, and varnishing processes. Our facility also boasts a Testing Laboratory and dedicated areas for pre painting surface preparation and labeling. Spanning a total of 1100 square meters, our facility is designed to perform powder coating and wet painting processes with utmost precision.

          Our powder section is equipped with a 50‑meter oven and a 200‑meter conveyor line, housing a total of 10 electrostatic powder coating robots. This allows us to have an annual painting capacity of approximately 15 tons.

          The wet painting section features a 40‑meter oven, a 220‑meter conveyor line, and 2 manual and 1 electrostatic wet painting application booths. Consequently, we achieve an annual painting capacity of approximately 12 tons. Moreover, we have a 250‑meter stock line to ensure the safe preservation of products.

          Quality control for painted products is conducted in our laboratory under stringent conditions. We perform a series of tests including measurements through bending, impact resistance, conductivity, thickness, opacity assessments, viscosity measurements, adhesion capability assessments, density, and solid content measurements to ensure the quality of our products.

          Two separated pre‑painting surface treatment areas are available in our facility. We employ sandblasting for steel products and the immersion method for chromating aluminium products.
Our facility also includes a dedicated labeling department. With a special 65‑meter line and a 20‑meter drying and baking oven, we carry out the application of water transfer labels. Additionally, label applications are conducted in a 60‑square meter enclosed and insulated area.

Aluminium Welding Introduction

At Cycletron Bicycle, we adopt an approach that prioritizes high quality, precision, and innovation in frame and fork manufacturing. With a total area of 2356 square meters, our facility excels in performing various processes for frame and fork tubes.
For aluminum products, we have specialized T4 and T6 ovens. The T4 oven preserves the natural properties of aluminum, while the T6 oven increases strength and hardness.

          We initiate the production process by cutting, drilling, and shaping frame and fork tubes to meet your specific requirements. We are equipped to respond to special shaping needs such as bending, curving, and tapering.

          Our facility ensures smooth surfaces for your products through sanding and deburring processes, resulting in a high‑quality appearance.

          We provide marking processes to help you promote and track your products. Marking is a critical step for product traceability. In welding processes, we use gas shielded welding techniques.
Depending on your assembly requirements, we offer both riveting and nut welding processes to suit your needs.

          To ensure that your products have perfect balance, we perform balancing processes. Reaming is used to clean the insides of tubes, such as seat tubes, to prevent any burrs or welding residue from causing damage.

          To maintain the highest level of quality for our products, we employ a range of quality control tests and equipment. Our testing devices assess the durability, dimension, and other product characteristics with precision.
